Seller Terms

1. Role of IRONHIDE TRADING LTD

IRONHIDE TRADING LTD operates the marketplace, collects the buyer's card payment as commercial agent for the seller, holds it until delivery is confirmed, and pays the seller the net proceeds. The sale contract for the item is between seller and buyer.

2. Eligibility

Sellers must be at least 18, sign in through Steam, have a confirmed email address and a valid trade URL, and own the items they list. Items must be tradable.

3. Fees

A marketplace fee of 5% of the sale price is deducted from each sale. The fee and your net proceeds are shown before you publish a listing. Payment or currency-conversion charges by third parties are separate.

4. Delivery

You must send the exact item to the buyer's trade URL within 24 hours of the sale and mark the offer as sent. If you do not deliver in time, the sale may be cancelled and the buyer refunded; repeated failures lead to suspension.

5. Proceeds and payouts

Net proceeds are pending until the buyer confirms receipt and a protection period of 7 days has passed (mirroring Steam Trade Protection). They then become available for payout. Minimum payout is 10.00 EUR; payouts are processed within 3 business days to the method you provide. We may verify your identity before paying out.

6. Reversals

If a delivered trade is reverted, charged back, or found fraudulent, the corresponding proceeds are reversed from your balance and we may recover any paid-out amounts.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Listing items you do not own or that are not tradable.
• Off-platform payments or contacting buyers outside the order flow.
• Price manipulation, duplicate accounts, or evading fees.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on your sales. We may provide annual summaries where required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you publish a listing applies to that listing.
